Before becoming a therapist, I worked in the corporate world, where I saw how chronic stress, burnout, and identity tied to performance can quietly erode wellbeing. That experience continues to shape my work today.

 
I understand the pressure to function, achieve, and push through, even when your nervous system is asking for something different. Therapy here is a space to slow down, recalibrate, and build sustainable ways of living and working that don’t come at the cost of your health.

While insight and reflection matter, some experiences live beyond words, stored in the nervous system and the body.

I integrate EMDR, an evidence-based approach that helps the brain reprocess distressing memories, with Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) to deepen emotional access and support neuroplasticity. I also draw from parts work and somatic inquiry, helping you gently understand protective patterns, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and listen to what your body is communicating.

Together, these approaches create space for clarity, compassion, and meaningful change, allowing healing to unfold at a pace that feels safe, supported, and sustainable.

Sessions are intentional, grounded, and collaborative. Rather than pushing for answers, we slow down – listening to emotions, body sensations, and inner parts with curiosity and care.
