Therapy for Every Phase of Your Life - Treatment Philosophy

How I Treat

Therapy with me begins with understanding what you need in the here and now. Some days that may mean space to think, reflect, and make sense of what you’re carrying. Other times it may mean working more actively to shift patterns that feel persistent or difficult to reach.

My approach is collaborative and tailored to you. I draw from a range of evidence-based therapies depending on your goals, history, and nervous system. When it can deepen or accelerate the work, I may incorporate EMDR or Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy as part of a broader, carefully considered treatment plan.

These methods are powerful, but they are never one-size-fits-all.

The goal is change that integrates into your life and endures over time.
Therapy for Every Phase of Your Life - What We Work On

What We Work On

Many of the people I work with are used to managing a great deal. Yet internally, something can feel strained, stuck, or unsustainable.

Therapy may focus on:

  • anxiety, perfectionism, or constant mental load
  • burnout and the weight of responsibility
  • relationship dynamics that repeat
  • major transitions in work or personal life
  • unresolved experiences from the past
  • a desire for greater meaning, balance, or stability

Together, we work to understand these patterns and create changes that are both profound and practical.
Therapy for Every Phase of Your Life - EMDR

Understanding EMDR Therapy

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy is an innovative approach to healing from trauma and emotional distress. It helps clients process difficult memories in a safe, structured way, leading to profound insights and emotional relief. Through guided sessions, you can explore buried feelings, work through past experiences, and find new perspectives.

Clients have found empowerment and healing through EMDR, reporting reduced anxiety, improved mood, and enhanced coping skills. This therapy isn’t just about alleviating symptoms; it’s about fostering personal growth and resilience.

About KAP

Ketamine – Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) is a thoughtful, research-backed approach for individuals who are ready to move beyond coping and into meaningful change. Many of the people I work with have been carrying anxiety, depression, trauma, or an enduring sense of exhaustion for a long time.
